July Spendor in the Front Garden

     Today was one of those bright and breezy Maine summer days people write home about. So I thought it a perfect excuse to roam about the property enjoying the weather and take some updated photos of the farm for you.

Everything is so lush this time of the year and I have a new camera I have been wanting to try out on you here.

I did manage to get some shots of the perennial display in the front by the road and the garden in front of the barn, which is planted with a lovely display of annuals and topiary from our greenhouses.

We were recently featured on the program Local Discovery in there Kennebunk Lower Village edition and I thought i would share it with you here. They did a great job showcasing some of the wonderful local businesses in the area. I especially liked the segment about the Franciscan Monastery just down the road from our place.
